Once we have received your request to return the goods we will provide you with a postal address and further instructions. We will NOT accept any returns without prior approval

Cancellation of Order Before Despatch:
We reserve the right to deduct 5% off of the total purchase price to cover our credit card costs incurred when you placed your order. If we have stock your credit card is charged and we incur this cost irrespective of whether the goods are shipped or not. If you paid by Debit Card then this amount is £1.00 irrespective of the value of the order.
